GDPR Requests refer to requests made by individuals for access to their personal data, known as “data subject access requests,” or DSARs. These requests can also include requests to rectify, delete or restrict the processing of personal data, or to receive a copy of the data in a portable format. Organizations must respond to these requests within one month, and may only refuse requests if they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
